So how many of you minglers like to jump in your vehicle (be it day, night, late night) and just go for a drive to nowhere? You just wanna drive. I did before gas rose above 2 bucks a gallon and we started going to war in the middle east. Now I just like to walk around the neighborhood with my hands in front of me, as though they are holding a steering wheel, muttering to myself "vroooooOOOOOMMMMMM, VRRRRrrooooOOOOM, squuueeeeeeeal, honk honk, vrrooooooooom, oh my god look ooooout! crasssshhh! Nooooo! So much blood! Oh my insurance rates!" The exercise is better for my back.

Would be nice to drive one on an empty road...but i drive slower when i have passengers..

I got a fast car that I dig driving on the interstate with the windows down...sometimes providence sees fit to cause the radio dj (yep, still listen to the good ol radio) to play "Hotel California" while I'm cruising.

Is it scary? Maybe as a first time passenger it will definitely scare you....think of it when a roller coaster takes off...

I had a 70 LTD, 8 cyl, double barrel carb, was like having a rocket strapped to me, fun! Drove a Miata, and a Sky, loved em both. The most fun was a 84 mustang with a turbo coup motor. I love a stick shift, too... ah the good old days... I always drove faster after a day of skydiving for some reason
