Could be that he's not really ready for this yet. When I first tried dating sites I let my insecurities get in the way a bit and never actually asked anyone out. If you don't have the confidence to do that you really are wasting your time.

If you truly want to know the answer to that question, you may want to ask the person in a more private manner, no insult or sarcasm intended.
 I myself am willing to explain to anyone who is truly interested, but do not usually wish to get into details publicly. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 17 years ago, this is on my public profile.

The right person will look at your heart not your outer appearance. Yea I checked you out. You look normal to me. Have fun, make new friends. Enjoy what you have and see what happens. Welcome Yes...I agree.. Girls like me are more attracted on guys in beautiful heart and not outside appearance... Best of luck... Hope you soon find your right one.
