Numbers get to big, we will get an area in the park. Have had 250 people at my house for a party before. Will try to get some pics to post. Need to buy a digital cam, I'm cheap.

I also have a connection for fresh ribs. Smoke 300-500 lbs of ribs I see this as a 2 or more day event.

well,, what im thinking,, do a 2 oclock meal and a 7 pm meal,, that should give us enough time to prep and cook everything,, and leave breakfast up to everyone
