I don't want to turn this thread into something else. But I do want to say this. When it comes to internet dating, This is what I've seen in the almost 8 years of doing this. Women gripe because men don't read profiles. (I read profiles.)
In just about every profile I read, Their is always some derivative of I (Want a good man.) Different people say it in different ways. Anyway, They all claim they want a good man. But here is the thing, It seems that when a good man sends out a message, almost 98 times out of 100 it will get ignored one way or the other. By this person who says they want a good man. This same person will turn around and answer a message from a man that, well, even in his profile, he sounds like a prick. But she will answer him anyway. This guy will work his magic with her until he gets her in the sack. After he has had her a few times the "new" wears off and before she knows it, he ditched her for someone else. Now she is all butt hurt because this prick that she thought was a great guy turned out to be a dud. So now she goes back to her profile and writes, ("I am not a booty call. I want a good man that will treat me right") Here we go again. The cycle continues. The "good men" will write to her. But, She will once again ignore these messages. Another smooth talking prick will come along and once again make her feel foolish. She gets so upset that she considers deleting her profile. All because she can't find that good man she sorely craves. Another good man sends her a message. She ignores this one too. He doesn't look like her type. She gets so frustrated because once again another man writes her but he isn't good enough. Even though he is a good man. She just doesn't know it. She finally gets so disgusted she deletes her profile. And when her friends ask why she left the site, She tells them that all she could find were pricks that wanted nothing but booty. She couldn't find not one good man. This is true. I've seen it happen. |

There are still some good guys and great women left in the world, but they are in the witness protection program.

There are still some good guys and great women left in the world, but they are in the witness protection program. And some are even in the mingle cells Not anymore. I'm free as a bird now. I'm not going back to mingle jail no more. I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. I'm gonna be a role model to others. I'm gonna make my parents proud of me. |

a mother understands what a child does not say ? really ? so why my mother don't understand my huge wish not to share her points of view, just understand a mother is not humanity's mother, many mother feel themselves looked at really intense by god or the whole humanity but just know there have been billions of mothers since billions of years...

I feel that the shield of anonymity (internet) is a crutch which allows not only scammers, but also legit people to "hide" behind their profiles. Sadly, in this scene (internet dating) I feel, too, this is not a solvable problem. Really. |
