Say, because I'm so damn curious and don't know WTH happened to you - and if it's not too mentally  wrenching to speak of it or retell WTH happened...could you do that some time - or what you are able to recall?

....isn't it just frustrating WHEW...hell ya! But some of my frustration came via the mail yesterday; my homeowners insurance went up $749. per yr - just for this year and our county taxes had an increase and now I'm hearing that our local mil levy is going up too!!! TY Gov. Brownbeck for all your inept/F'd up way of handling our school bond tax issues. 
The homeowners insurance was due to: the poll that the underwriters do every other year and that 'POLL' was via the Builders Association and the increased cost to rebuild my home if a tornado took it completely out! Increased cost per sq ft $64. too $120. per sq ft...oh, and a wee little increase from 2012 that they decided to hold off on!

I say, IF they forgot to bill you correctly in 2012 TOUGH LUCK FOR THEM! Such a nuisance......however, I will still always have insurance.

I backed my KIA up to the chicken coup/shed door - unloaded the feed bags - mixed up chicken food - sprayed their outside runs down with cold well water - put some fresh flakes of alfalfa in each pen - gathered up the feed sacks and came back in! Drenched with sweat - no breeze yet but at least it was only 85�
2 HOT - 2 HOT - just 2 DANG HOT
