(Jamaican or trinidad moruga or chocolate or naga bhut jolokia ghost pepper or infinity chili) 1/2 cup cilantro chopped (I used 1 tsp dried ciliantro I had dried from a previous salsa recipe) 3/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 cup vinegar 10 cloves garlic 1/2 lemon few dashes of liquid smoke 1 tbsp white sugar Mash in a food processor or blender until smooth.
