My just shoot me moment for today is: After arguing with the guy in the garden department of Home Depot that straw and hay are two different things, I drove miles out of my way to purchase straw at a farming supply store. They wanted $8 a bale - FOR STRAW!  They was nothin' but city slickers in overalls!  I turned around and drove the many miles back home empty handed. Okay, not as life altering as some of your problems, but it was still irritating. Call ahead? I don't go anywhere unless I do... for this ^^^ very reason. waste of time & aggravation. Afterwards,; I use my security app to block their number..  That's why a feller needs a woman - strategic planning! |

Okay, not as life altering as some of your problems, but it was still irritating. buying hay/straw at home depot seems a bit much... try your local landowners Good advice, only problem is I live in town and home depot is three blocks from me. When I was a hick from the sticks I got pretty much everything I needed from my neighbors. Some people had hay and straw, some had vegetables, some had eggs, some had tractors, etc. Anyway, I just mulched a bunch leaves and used them instead...it worked for what I needed. |

Just shoot me....
For giving being curiosity & adding "Rate my profile'" on my forum list, (for about a week), & then given into temptation & reading it twice. I almost needed my own thread to talk about .It's has to go. |
