If a message is from someone real, I'll reply. But considering the only messages I get are from spamming, and scamming bots, I'll just ignore. Nudges are to be ignored also, unless you actually have talked to the person before.

In all the years I have been on the internet I have only blocked 4 people..Usually a thanks but no thanks works.. IF not I just dont' bother to open them.. They will slide off after a while... and it was an honor to make.. one of the four..lmao

I've never blocked anyone from messaging me. I wish I could block from seeing some posters completely on the threads though

I ignore people all the time!!.. not proud of it!.. but there are only so many hours in the day.... and I am easily distracted...lol.. oh look a butterfly...lol

No one can possibly answer every single message that many women receive here, nor would we want to. We have addressed this issue before. The men either get nasty for being rejected or falsely perceive the rejection as possible interest. No one has time nor patience for that. Silence means not interested. RESPECT THAT and move on. I always answer people from the forums. And like John stated, I wish we could stop some from seeing our profiles after they are blocked.

I would try to answer each little message as they trickled in "hi how are you " or " thank your for the compliments" or " it's nice to meet you" but as time went on..I got a little irritated with the responses and with the big rush to try to go off site or meet me..like I am gonna meet you after a hey how are you if I chose not to respond now? man that is taking it easy on ya..I can get down right cold real fast

Ignoring, can be a temporary thang. I can stop ignoring someone. Blocked, is forever. If you've managed to get me to put you in the blocked category, you're gonna stay there.

I am on the of those that does answer my emails.. Takes about 30 seconds to copy and paste a standard reply of thanks but no thanks... The only ones I don't respond to are the ... U r hot wanna have sex.. Those delete.. How ever someone chooses to handle the influx of mail is their choice.
