I don't think it is 99%. But I do think it is VERY high.

I have also been on other sites *who shall remain nameless* , that there was much MORE fighting on forums & far less rules or enforcement.

And another site that was/ is so small & dying.. that no one, posted for at least seven hours.

And another that the majority seem to be in their twenties & only talked about daily activities. *every detail*

And another where MOST of the men, *no matter their age. or race*all seemed looking for Asian women,18-35 years old.

And another where people posted about their dates with each other *like a sporting event of embarrassing & humiliation*

Some women do.
Not everyone on an internet dating is here solely to pick up, or scam, you in particular.

You may have spotted the "fake" profile...but maybe their profiles weren't targeting you.

Maybe they use easy to spot fake photos in order to weed out those that are smart enough to see them as fake.


Also, in this thread alone there are profiles with a car, a dog, and a cartoon as the main identifying photo...did you report them as well for having fake photos? Because you should know cars, dogs, and cartoons can't set up profiles online.

And who says they are guys putting up the fake photos?

I don't think anyone would think a dog, cat, flower (in my case) or a bubble (in yours) is actually that person

Plus many might be copyright issues

i did report the fake pics I found today.so far I haven't seen any car or flower ones in my area lol but I think I can tell the difference between them and a face lol.as for particularly me whatever they mean.i am here to make friends.been on here years and never had a date off here yet lol so I treat it as a place to make friends,have a giggle and chat on forums now and again.
one argument is these fakers often pull vulnerable lonely folks in and in the process the folks either get scammed or hurt because they develop feelings for someone who doesn't actually exist ie they get catfished.nets full of horror stories.me personally yeh am savvy I don't go for any shizzle,but some are lonely and don't realise not everyones nice online.
I don't think having cars or flowers is harmful myself.
