okay I know this topic has probably been done to death... so why not beat a dead horse I guess..lol..
. your next partner husband or wife.. . what must haves... .. are you going to.. insist upon.. . for myself they must like to cook..lol . not gourmet chef but enjoy and know how to prepare a proper good tasting meal.... .. must know how to keep a house clean... and know that it is their responsibility to keep it that way....lol.. .. I will help out but at the end of the day it's their job...ok.. .. must enjoy sex....ok.. with me..lol .. not just once or twice a week... but I mean really crave having sex...... basically someone that can match my own appetite....  . must know how to let go and have fun...... without putting some type of restriction on it.... like the saying goes ..you can run the race but you're not allowed to win...noooo... winner winner chicken dinner.... ... must like and enjoy being spoiled.. but appreciate it at the same time.... .. someone who can dress up.. Hey look super hot on a night on the town.... . but also does not mind rolling up her sleeves and getting a little dirty... .. must have good design sense and fashion.. sense..... . basically knows how to be a woman...  . . |

I DO have a short list, but it seems to keep getting shorter & shorter because it's difficult to find
   ~Live within 30 miles ~Have TIME for me/us ~Have job and/or settled financially ~WANTS to be in a relationship, not just dating ...that pretty much is it in a nutshell. Anything else, I think can be bargained

Must be a good listener, and REALLY listener. Must not smoke. Must make me a priority. Must communicate. Must be my best friend. Must be very affectionate and sexual. Must love to go on road trips. All of this came to me all at once. I can think of more.

Must need, want, desire me without being clingy.
Must be fit and active. I don't like to be with a man with a gut or who doesn't care about how they look physically. What follows with this is fun sexually, I think if you are fit and in shape the sex works too. Have a good job and be financially responsible. Enjoy my cooking. lol. I love to bake and cook but I watch my calories because of my size so I end of cooking/baking for coworkers and friends. Can't freeze everything and don't want to. Must be somewhat neat, I mean not a slob. Must have a sense of humor, ability to laugh at themselves, able to play, unpretentious, be strong and dominant....
