A lot of scammers use the " I'm in the army" pitch. I'm not saying all are...but be wary.

Well deployments can make you feel lonely and isolated and than there are those that are looking to hook up with someone when they get back to the states. As for the 18 thing, the only time a junior enlisted is aloud to live off base is if their married.
