Keep yourself busy whether it be hobbies, or being around your friends and family, get your mind occupied with other things.

this is because of hormones in side your body.
this is quite normal. no issues. listen to your body with out any guilt. BUT you have to make a balance with family and social rules if they apply |

I don't think you are really thinking about him. You may just be thinking about the good times and how you wanted things to be that way all the time.

Thanks but it is not effective on me :( sounds like you have a problem... is this guy even worth your effort? what do you know about him? a famous vulcan once said "having is not always as good as wanting"... maybe you should find out if he's even worthy of your time... |

You haven't given us much to go on......but here goes...
If you've broken up with him, then I agree with funnygirl your mind is remembering the good times.... your subconscious is like an addict and will control your every waking thought towards preserving this relationship..... even if it was toxic.... As Torgo said, keep yourself busy and surround yourself with positive people.... But, if this fellow is new on the scene then your subconscious is feasting on the emotions that rise up when we meet someone we are attracted to.... If this is the case.....try to find balance between your head, heart and desires.... Good luck op..... |
