Now here is my take. You made an introduction thread called 'skin color,' ,you said ' it is so hard for a black man to date a white woman".

So just as you are sexually attracted to white women... There are woman who have no attraction to black men.

And IMO there are definitely boundaries in love.
Most woman want a man who has something to offer them. Who lives near them . Who has language, culture, religion, education, financial status.. & many more things in common.
The more in common, the better.

It would be in your best interest to have a FULL profile pic, clearly showing your face.
And not assume you know what women are thinking..

Many people have racial preferences when it comes to dating. There is nothing wrong with that. Physical attraction is important. If you aren't attracted to a certain race, you just aren't.

Because they want what they want.. and they can't understand why you do not want what they have..

The ones that crack me up are the ones who mix in religious verses.. Like God is going to be pissed off if you don't find another color or type attractive to you.

it all comes down to personal choice.. and respect a persons preference.

Pretty sad to see people throwing the race card, and manipulating racial guilt to get a date with "whitey".

Although cultural factors are obviously of paramount importance, from the perspective of the genetic fitness of offspring, in theory evolution should have hard-wired us to prefer mates as different genetically from ourselves as possible. It seems to me at least that when two people of different ethnicities have children together these children are typically better looking than either of their parents and it wouldn't surprise me if their general health, IQ, sporting ability etc were also improved.

If it's any consolation, i'm having no luck on mingle either... unfortunately there are more reasons not to find someone attractive than merely the colour of their skin!

This disgusts me to no end. I always tell them that I don't need to explain my preference or flavor to them and then I tell them to get lost.

This reminds me of how some disrespectful, straight men like to bother pretty lesbians. These women have to put up huge signs going "WOMEN ONLY". I am sure that they get harassed in the same way. IT IS DISRESPECTFUL in exactly the same way. Respect a person's preference!

I think most of the time it has nothing to do with race or colour.
By that I mean I count myself so lucky, lucky because through no hard work and just by sheer good luck I was born in the UK.
I have had every chance any person could ever hope for.

I think that those who are not as fortunate, geographically, will try anything to get out of the situation they're in, this is the saddest part for me.
