Ok...very frustrated and kind of want to rant, but also would like a little feedback.
Why, why, why do they NOT want to say anything??!!! They will say "hi" and "you are beautiful", but then when you start messaging, they shut up. I ALWAYS end up asking all the questions because a lot of times they don't give a lot of info on their profile. Do they all want to be led by the hand (or maybe another appendage LOL) to know how to communicate these days??!!!

Scammers won't play if you don't play by their rules.

I have found that many people in general, both male and female, simply don't know how to communicate. They expect you to carry on a one sided conversation that will allow them to remain in their anti social comfort zone...replying ya, or no, or other one or two word simple statements.

I have two theories.

First, they may be incredibly insecure and are living in a fantasy bubble. They create an account on the site, dreaming about meeting someone and what they will do together but then when it comes time to make it real they chicken out. It's easy for anyone to reach out via the Internet, but these people wouldn't reach out in person at a bar or club, for example - they would sit on the sidelines and observe and finally go home alone.

Second, they may be selfish and just don't have the manners to care about anybody else. They make those initial brief comments but really aren't willing to make time to have a relationship with anyone, or they lose interest the moment something doesn't go the way they want. I find a lot of people on these sites have unreasonable expectations that are often geared around them being the center of the universe.

I always communicate. Especially when chicks ask me about my penis size.

I'm only speaking for myself here.
I get a little tongue tied sometimes, (I know that's hard to believe) I get even more tongue tied when I start liking someone, it's like I want to make an impression but at the same time I don't want to say too much and make an A$$ of myself.
It's a very fine line I think and it can be difficult, unless you're born with the gift of a silver tongue.

Joe, I understand if someone simply doesn't know what to say and/or gets a little shy about it, but SAY SOMETHING. lol
Eric, yes that is exactly how it seems to go a lot. I don't get it, are we not adults here? All one has to say is "i'm not interested" or 'no thank you"...is it truly THAT difficult?

As David said. Red flag goes up when this happens..... I can always tell from that first message.
