When I see my friends online and try to contact them, I go to the instant message buttom and click it. However, the page does not load... What should I do? thanks, |

you may have pop up blocker stopping it...try holding down the control button when you click the link..it might help...

OR...friends could have disabled their chat IM.

I'm having the same problem. I'll get an IM message, but after I accept I get a server error each time. Haven't had problems before...

If a friend has their IM shut off you will not see the IM button on their profile , disable pop up blockers for this site,that will help too
