That moment on a lonely, lonely V-day when you get a lovely post from a longtime friend wishing you a happy happy valentine's day and that you are beautiful and will find someone who is worth you very soon, then BAM you see the post of your ex wishing your friend (that you found together) a happy valentine's day. I am not a violent person.....but.......

Words are just words and people throw them around and sometimes they strike a nerve.No worries just let it go, look in the mirror and count your positives and you will realize how blssed you are. Tomorrow is another day, best wishes to you.

Yes, definately true about words being thrown around by peeps. And that was it exactly....I just was caught off guard. I hadn't thought of him in quite awhile and it was just BAM, there he is. Thank you so much for the kind words, and I WILL take in your advice.
