Topic: IM not working

I am writing this to inform you that there is a problem with my mingle again. There is no appearance of chat box or you might say I cannot use the Instant Message option and it has stopped appearing. not working for a few days now like 5 days already.

Unfortunately, Stello23, the IM does not work for a small minority of accounts (a known bug for us). To maximize your chances of having it work, though, make sure that you have the "List View" layout selected for the Search. This helps in some cases.

It does not work anywhere for me. However changing the view did not help Charles.

I'm sorry, Stello23, but I am not able to do much more for you at this time. 1j9b6c5, changing your search layout to list seemed to do the trick.

Charles, Will my IM will really ever work? It looks like a permanent glitch to me. I have waited long enough for it to work, sadly it is still the same.

It's probably not going to be back online anytime soon, Stello23. We've had a tough time finding a decent one that's reasonably priced so we may have to develop our own. Thank you.
