Between the the men and the women who will you say are the worse heartbreakers??

Men will say that women and women will say men. Hard to tell, it�s on both sides. Don�t really like generalizing. I would say that mostly those who have need to prove something to themselves or to the others. Those who know where they stand have no need for such things.

We all have where we stand but we can't predict the future that's why we get heartbreak cos feelings do change but I feel women are the worse heartbreaker cos they easily fall in love with someone that show them love forgetting the man that first show them love

And that�s what I ment I have similar experiences with men as you have with women. Yes, feelings can change. But love is not only emotion, it�s also a decision. And I can always make a decision to pay attention to be honest with others and avoid anything that might harm them. Also ment - not giving false hopes.
And I�m not sure if it�s easily for women to fell in love with others. But I can speak only from my own experience. When I decide to be with somebody, then exists only him as long as it lasts. I never felt need to be with somebody else when I already was with somebody. So, I would really say it�s just about people, not men or women.

Exactly!...Men and women hold equal ability to break the heart that loves them...The difference is in "how" they express heartbreak....

Guys are. We don't know how to break up with chicks well.

Guard. Not guide. You guard it from people that will break it. You use common sense and instinct, and protect yourself. If you give your heart to just anyone, it will never come back the same.

I think it's a myth that women are more emotional than men...I believe women are more in tune with their emotions than men...We are taught at an early age to express our emotions, be loving and kind...We're taught it's ok to cry, ok to be sensitive...Because of this, when heartbreak happens, women deal with it more effectively and are able to move on sooner than men....Men are taught the opposite...Be tough, crying is a sign of weakness, man up...When a man gets his heart broken, his initial response is usually anger, followed by withdrawal...Instead of dealing with his emotions, he denies them so it takes him longer to move on.....

Both are equally bad & equally hurt...it is just the way we express them. Men & women expresses it differently...imagine if you were to see a man bawling his eyes out like a woman, is he any more hurt than the one who hides behind lock doors and bashing the wall!
