Topic: instant message not working

instant messages does not seems to be working. when i send a message it just shows loading circle and nothing is going. Loading the instant message windows also taking long time

Welcome, rkharikrishnan. I'll see of there is anything that can be done to speed it up, although it seems usable at this point.

Welcome, eagleheart7. We are aware of the limitations of the IM and it might only improve when we find a new one.

The "IM" Software is really unsatisfactory; it doesn't function properly at all. Is this the same & only software available if one decides to upgrade to a "Paying" Account?

That's a shame. There's an abundance of talented software developers; it might be beneficial to solicit their services to improve upon, the many positive features offered on this site? Couldn't the site be affiliated with one of the chat networking systems[skype, aim, ect.] already in existence? Scammers, crooks, & frauds are easier to spot on chat[esp.with webcam abilities]; "safety" is well worth an additional monthly charge to many of us;}

When I try to popout the chat it says error 502 a bad gateway on the mingles site if that helps.

Thanks, guys. We'll run some tests with the IM. edit: It was working inefficiently earlier in the day, but we tweaked it and it seems better now.

Thanks for your patience, liljohnny0830. At this time, it appears that you have sent an email on the site and that your IM is working (although it may take a while to load).
