What does money mean to you? Money and woman are the root cause of almost all of the quarrels. You might want to take a look inside yourself first. Does your wife start all the quarrels in your home, I take it your dear wife is not your dream idol, how sad. |

i hope for sake of sane sanity the op's topic is but a mere slab of humorous side dish fodder for entertainment sake.
for ahoy... any that actually believes such, as factual validity, shall never sea how it self created many many many bad happenings. and so shall cause much much pain unto others, many and mostly unto women. smiles&peace |

What does money mean to you? Money and woman are the root cause of almost all of the quarrels. there's an easy solution. become a monk whose orders include a vow of poverty. problem solved. you don't have to deal with women or worry about money I think you didn't hit the problem at all. (I always find people are fighting over money and woman!) |

Speaking as someone who once lived on very little (for a short time only) I know that having money is very important. I tell that to my nieces and nephews when it comes up. I wouldn't like them to have a false sense of virtue about not being ambitious enough to earn more money. Money equals freedom of choice in a lot of things.
Poverty never made anyone a better person in my opinion. I think when people have enough to live on and can pay their bills and have enough for a holiday when they need one, that's when they can be a better person because they have the resources. It's only greed when you don't really need more money that is the cause of evil. Greed is a sort of anxiety about wanting more than you need. Maybe from a fear of not having had enough in the past. I have tried to avoid greed but we live in a competitive and uncertain world so it's not always easy. Sometimes it's hard to believe that God always provides because there is the fear that he might not! Love is more meaningful than money and true love can conquer fear but not mental illness if there is any. |

What does money mean to you? Money and woman are the root cause of almost all of the quarrels. For a married man, money is important to sustain the family. And more so, if you are the breadwinner....which may be the case where you are from and at your age. As for honey, depends on whether you are talking about your wife or another woman. If it is the latter, then, you are the root cause of all the quarrels, not the money. |

MMmmm Money is a necessary evil, Arguments happen, for whatever reason... Resolving the arguments to a mutually beneficial agreement is better than fighting more and splitting up.... The marriage vows do say.... "For better or for worse"... Money is EASILY replaced... Love, is not so easy to replace JD :) Money is not a necessary evil. Love of money makes you evil. I agree that marriage is for better or for worst. |
