Since January 6th, when you select search or view a persons profile, the black rectangle that serounds the 'Matches'/'Filter' and 'About'/'Photo' extends a full page black before you see the Matches, About or Photos. I cleared the cookies and the problem still persists. I use Google Chrome on Android.

Today I had the not an error but when I logged into the mobile site I could view whoever had viewed my profile but when I went to read emails all I got was a black screen below the messages/nudges tabs. Still doesn't work.

Are both of you ladies using Android phones with the mobile site, too?

It's an LG, so probably an android. But not using chrome.

Example: on the forum page, where it says community, recent, my topics, it's like those cells are very elongated. So, if I push "my topics" it highlight that section of the elongated black cell.
If that makes sense. |

I tested the site using the Dolphin, Firefox and Opera for android and they all rendered fine. Seems to be happening only on Chrome which is the native browser of Android. LG use Android by the way.

Thanks for the information and patience, everybody. We believe that we have fixed the problem, but you may need to empty your browser's cache to see the effect. Do let us know.

Charles, don't really know how to do that on phone. Is it the same as clearing browser history?
Did that and no change. |

Thanks, tanyaann. Or next action will depend on additional feedback as it comes in (here and via email).

Tried something different. Go to phones settings->Apps->Chrome. Then select force stop, then clear cache, then clear data. Things will be back to normal.
Thanks Charles. |

The feedback is appreciated...and promising.
Was only referring to the two people that posted between my earlier replied, glears, and thanks for the tip on cache clearing. |
