I struggle with the idea of platonic opposite sex friends. Any suggestions on how to manage having guys as friends (I'm a woman) and accepting my boyfriend's female friends?

Its more of a matter of trust that you develop in your boyfriend. If you trust him to be strictly monogamous towards you then the insecurities will melt away. Again it wouldn't help your case if he flirts with them, but if not, then its a matter of trust.
