Colossians 2:9 - For in him dwelleth all the
fulness of the Godhead
bodily.
Here was Moses and millions of Israelites
hemmed in (sandwiched)
between the mighty Egyptian army and the
mighty Red Sea. Moses almost
panicked, but God told him to divide the Red
Sea himself and he did.
Here was Joshua and the millions of Israelites
hemmed in between
enemy forces and the River Jordan. He
remembered Moses and the Red
Sea. As the feet of the priests that carried the
Ark of God touched
the river, it parted.
Here was Elijah and his servant, Elisha. Elijah
was on his way to
eternal transportation unto glory, but, the
Jordan River was a
hindrance. He remembered Moses and Joshua.
With his mantle, he
divided the River.
Here was Elisha, alone with Elijah's mantle. He
needed to go back
across the Jordan. He evoked the powers he just
received from the
mantle and parted the Jordan River.
Fast Forward:
Here was Jesus, in whom dwealleth the fullness
of God bodily. He
needed to join His disciples. But, in front of
Him was the same
Jordan River. There was a paradigm shift. He
neither remembered Moses
and the Red Sea nor Joshua, Elijah or Elisha and
the Jordan. He
refused to recognise the River and walked on
it!!!!
Hear me; your parents may have struggled to
raise you. You may be
struggling to raise your family. You may be
working things out
gradually with great expectations for the future.
There should be a paradigm shift! Your future
should look nothing
like your past! You are going to own houses you
did not build! You
are going to own companies and corporations
where you once worked!
You are going to have (at the very minimum) 14
unending streams of
income! You are going to be consulted by
nations and international
organisations! The biggest things in this world
are going to be done
by you!
How? Through the same mechanisation,
transportation and manifestation
that caused Jesus to walk on the waters His
forbearers divided!
