I'd appreciate some Good suggestions. Thanks, Love and GOD I'm Alive : ) x D. Peace............ Everything is best in moderation. I'm a recovering addict, and am very prone to workaholism (as well as most other "isms"). I work a 12-step program daily, which I use beyond my DOC and implement it in my entire life. Anyway, before I ramble too long, the best advice I can give you comes from my own experiences, and that is to step back and let things simmer when necessary. You're no good when you burn yourself out. Take breaks when necessary, and step away when your job is done (though as a workaholic you feel your job is never done.). I know it's easier said than done, but if you break it into baby steps and try a little at a time, you will eventually learn how to be an effective worker, rather than an over worker. |

Does your 12 step program include your new step of living life with no pants on |

I'll try that 12 steps (maybe 13 if I'm feelin' nerdy, = ) Thanks, bro Its a spiritual journey, but it helps. I would think even those not addicted could benefit from them, they are Christian based, but watered down to be universal. If you want I can send you a message listing them with some links to more information. |
