That sounds good, I shall try it.

Here is one for a slow cooker which I made last night.

32 ounces frozen hash browns
1 pound cooked ham cubed
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mix several types if you wish - I used 6 Italian types)
12 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions,

Divide potatoes, ham, veggies and cheese so you can create several layers of each in slow cooker.

start with hash browns, ham, onions, peppers and last cheese. Repeat until you have several layers.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layers in the slow cooker. Cover and turn on low.

Recipe says Cook for 10-12 hours. I did 6 hours and it was great.
