Twelve regenerations, making 13 Doctors. But he recently got a few more so there could potentially be hundreds of incarnations now...

oh and his daughter ? was hoping for a story line on that as well since she was able to regen as well i lost count but thought it was 14 doc's by now on just who alone |

Yeah, counting the War Doctor and Tennant's hand that makes 12 regenerations so Matt Smith would have been the last incarnation but the episode where he regenerated the Time Lords gave him either one new regeneration or a whole new cycle, I'm not too sure which it was.
