1 zuccinni spaghetti sauce 4 oz. ground beef grated cheese (I like a lot, about 1 cup will do) salt, pepper, garlic powder parcook beef, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder (halfway cook it) layer zuccinni (3 slices), 1/2 amount partially cooked seasoned beef, 1/2 amount sauce, 1/2 amount cheese, then repeat (2 layers of each) bake until cheese is melted and meat is fully cooked (about 10 minutes) at 300 degrees! it's delicious! You can also add in olives or mix it up some other way! |
