Not to say I'm unfriendly, but fact of business is I got all the friends I want/need. Problem is not one of them is a suitable companion for me. Hence my presence here. I talk to women in "real life" everyday but they are either attached, effing weird, looking for a handyman, or just plain old not into me. Waste of time when you are getting older. I don't think about dating the same as I did when I was 20. Instead of fishing with a net and tossing back the ones I don't fancy, I thought I would try this medium to fish with a line, so to speak, to hook a keeper (not to be confused with keep a hooker). But, to each their own. Whatever your reasons or motives, I wish everyone success.

Right now? My truck keys!!! Got the car, house, storage, trailer, gate and file cabinet keys, but I need the damn truck for truck-type stuff. Your problem is exactly why I have a "landing zone" for such things and no matter how tired when I come home the keys get hooked so I don't have to make myself crazy hunting them down. At this point on Mingle I am usually just looking for and update on friends I know here. If I tripped over someone compatible it would be wonderful but not holding my breath that person would be local which is kind of what I am looking for; unless they are close to a couple of other places I would consider; Georgia or North Carolina. Would be nice if people would be a little more specific on their profiles about what they do want. Would make the searching process much easier. Since most of us know many other Mingle'rs it would make giving someone a heads up to check out other folks more possible. If you have eons to spend on line you can do it yourself.
