Very intriguing question, i guess that what it really boils down to for me is bullying, and it seems every time i see the news about war it brings it to mind.

I have a whole toolbox of tools to deal with anger..... First when you are angered what are you FEELING? And you are feeling this because one of your NEEDS wasn't met.... I could explain more now but I'm hoping you understand kinda..... Now will what you are having these feeling about really matter in 60 seconds?... Maybe now some positive self talk to yourself about yourself.....

Idiot drivers, every day! Makes me wish the mass transit in the US was as good as it is in other first world countries so that I wouldn't have to deal with the stupidity as much.
