Segbo- Many things can get in the way for everyone here. And as you can see there are judgemental people everywhere. Your original question was distance and color. Distance is a problem for most everyone here to varying degrees. It may be harder for you than some others, but if distance can be overcome by both people then it can be solved. As for color everyone has different preferences, for every color there is someone who prefers that one. It's an individual thing for the most part. But then there are racists, and yes that would be a problem for those people. I know it's not very helpful but there are racists for every color out there. Most of the racism for the past centuries comes from whites against blacks and it is a real problem in the world. So, yes you are right to be concerned about distance and color, but it is not hopeless. Of course you did not ask about the topic of being seen as a scammer but that is another problem. If you are not a scammer then it too can be solved but just getting defensive about it won't help educate people about you.
