well for me it is th bone fragments on th nerves,and th bone spur is
also hitting them,with a disk removed,and a piece of my hip bone fused over th area,and a note from th Dr. that basicly say that I just fucked,no fix without alot of $$$$$$$.$$,,, and well,,,not a rich man here,so I quit th pain pills rut, and just keep on plugging along,as best I can,,, like I said,,,th hinge is a lil' rusty...so I hide th pains behind my smartassness,,,is that a word? SMARTASSNESS ?...M. |

I use bee sting theoropy for muscle spasms. It helps alot during the warmer months when I can work my bee hives. I am still sort of doing the pill thing. I have to keep myself alive some how until I get on disability or get the settlement from the company where I got hurt. But yes keep moving. That is one of the best ways to combat back problems once the damage has been fixed the best it can by the docs. I have to watch what I do as I used to put 2 100lb sacks of corn on my shoulders and walk into the barn from the truck. Now my weight limit is 50lbs. It is hard not to just grap something and lift on it like I used to. You will learn what you can do and can not do. Then keep moving the ways you can. |
