How did you manage to get United States into the equation, there was no mention of the USA whatsoever.
I can only assume it was your tiny mind being influenced by your religion, which in my opinion leaves much to be desired

It has come to mind, after FunkyFranky's rancor and nationalistic veneration, that this could also be a pantheistic question. If so, has the person who has asked, "God is good?" also be content to ask, "Good is God?" The question or subject that is, 'Who or what is God?' may become an animated virtue. We need more info on the context of her (shameka48's) question.

As for FunkyFranky... Perhaps, as I understand You're a Catholic, you may enjoy reading the Apostle Paul's words to the congregation in Rome. What is most interesting about the following Biblical quote, is that it offers an explanation as to why some people have the nature they do. Some argue, "We're born this way"... While others say, "It's a choice to be that way!" Thankfully, the Bible offers an explanation that's second to none.

Romans 1: 21-27

Trust one of you to remind me that I'm gay.
However, I don't know any gay people who be-head other human beings because they don't believe the same things as them, do you.

By the way, I don't want any more PM's off you. My settings only allow messages off females so you must have changed your settings to female to be able to send me a private message.
Now that is strange.

That is strange, but more in line with "religion" in the religion chat, "Christians" nor "Catholics" beheaded anyone. The reference you're making is from old testament scriptures, there was neither Christian nor Catholic in the old testament times. We only appeared once our "Christ" appeared, eg., "Christ"ians. Before Jesus was neither Christian nor Catholic.

Ok I apologize, thought it was in reference to how the world once was judged before the Word became flesh. And don't know if you want to continue the discussion and it's not ment as an insult, belittling, or anything along those lines. But a homosexual claiming to be Christian or Catholic is kind of an oxymoron, As God has told us it is an improper action and even informs us that homosexuals won't enter into the kingdom of God.

No apology needed as I know you're one of the good guys.
But no, I don't want to continue the discussion as I've heard it all before. God will judge me when we meet and no one else.

The more I think about the original question... God us good, or rather 'God is good' it's likely not meant to have been a pantheistic question.

Yes, I do believe the living entity that is God is the source of good and the Almighty God is loving goodness all of the time.

Much the same sentiment as Cowboy GH.
