Echoing someone's thoughts: 1. Profile is pretty bland(flat). You need to add more interesting things to your profile(what you are looking for, interests, etc). You need to definitely add more pictures. The way your profile is set up, it does not have a lot of interest and folks will pass it by. Be very specific in what you want. You will get more notice. Best of luck in your search though.
