I'm not sure if sex is good for you because I heard that Rocky Marciano refused to have sex months before a fight because he believed it made him stronger. And there are many stories about how sailers become more brutish the longer they're out at sea and away from women. Jack London goes into great detail about it in his The Sea Wolf. Sex is not bad for your health. Though there was this one time I sustained a injury from sex. So if you really wanted to stretch the argument I could see from that aspect.

I was watching a documentary on Genghis Khan the other night and apparently he looked for a way to prolong his life. But the advice he was given was to go celibate. As you probably already know, Genghis Khan was a stud, maybe the best stud of all time. He never made it past 66. the advisor had a cute wife and daughters.

I was reading something a couple years back about a study being done that showed dramatic results indicating that a healthy sex life is more effective at combating depression than any known pharmaceutical for the majority of individuals. No, I have no idea what study it was and I'm not looking it up. Psychologically, it's better, unless you're addicted.

Naaaaa it can't be bad for your health. It's suppose to be actually good for your health in a lot of ways. Work out, release tension, promote happiness and love, etc., the list goes on.
