I have times in my life when i have bad days... today isnt one but when i do have those days when nothing goes right and all i want to do is run and hide from society.. or i find myself in negitive mode i do one simple thing... it means its time to write a graditude list this for the alcoholic of my type gets me out of myself and realize i dont have it as bad... i have a roof over my head ..theres one blessing i have food there is another... i have my health... count another blessing and most of all i have my freinds on here and in the out side world... so tell me what are you grateful for??

I'm grateful for so many things, I couldn't possibly list them all. But mostly, I'm grateful that I have so many wonderful people in my life who I honestly love and care about and who love and care about me. Even if I lost everything else, I have that and I'd be happy!
