I hear people say that they message someone and don't get a reply. They say that they'd like to hear a person say that they are not interested. For me, if I write to someone, I'd rather not hear anything back if they don't like me. I will only write once. If there is no reply, I will move on. It seems a double rejection for them to say they are not interested, and then tell me why.
