Laying in the tall tall grass
Pondering the past
Letting go of whats worthless
Holding tightly to his worthiness
Drifting upon the seas
Not drowning as you can see
Floaties at hand
Life raft if you will
Knowing She stands ready ,board at hand, strong arms to hold me up
Hugs even to jam smeared faces
Another a drift in a the seas
Lifes burdens weighing her down
And we lend her the floaties and board
Arms ready to hold
Sisters of the light standing together
Even though far apart
And yet another sharing with us the smiles of a grandson
Trials and tribulations
Advice and hope
Regardless of faiths held
A brother who stands among the sisters
His integrity true
Gentle in his words of advice
Always shining from above
A poet and composer graces us as well
His intelligence astounds me
So much deeper than a well
We run hither and yon through the philosophies
Throwing mud and paint
Chattering endlessly
Shiny hats are made and worn
As we play in the mud
Drawing vegetable gardens upon the walls
With beet root and celery green
Through threads and words you find love
Gentle and unconditional
Understanding and comfort given freely
And through it all they have taught me
That I too am love, I too am never alone

"And through it all they have taught me
That I too am love, I too am never alone "

May that be in the back of your mind, the heart of your heart, and on the tip of your tongue always!

Blessings and love to you, sweet poet!

Poet, you've described it - that unconditional thread of love and the grand tapestry it continuously weaves.
