Is Arrow any good? I am watching Supergirl and The Flash, so I am tempted to delve in Arrow, but just can't believe a costumed guy with a bow and arrow can be effective at crimefighting! :\ |

I was watching How to Get Away With Murder in the first season, but missed a couple of episodes, then I was out of the loop.
