maybe the govt should take the taxes they collect and give to other countries that hate us and use it to maintain the water systems and what ever else needs attention


lets start collecting fees from the countries where we have military bases instead of paying them to be there to protect them

what got me was hearing you can not save rain water or get fined and that was a what !!!! but if it is so bad in Detroit they should give out water... we do in other countries we should do for our own ... and there are ways ...where death does not have to be paid for ...
