Any Garth fans out there? I am just listening to his new song now. How I missed new words coming from his mouth. He has been retired for far too long, now all he needs is a new album and I will be happy. What is your favorite song by him? I have been a fan of his for so long. I must say my favorite song is It is your Song. Then again there are so many others as well, like the Dance, The River, Thunder Rolls....

He moved to the Tulsa area after retiring and we are fortunate to have every day contact with him. He is a great guy,, not celebrity snobby at all!

I have The River on my iPod as well along with a bunch of others. And Chris Gains was a misunderstanding, he just jumped the gun a bit. It was meant to be a tribute to a movie that was supposed to come out that never did.

I prefer Alan Jackson too, and I also am soooo in LUST with Trace Atkins!!! Two long tall country men with smooth voices. I think Garth is a good singer, just not my favorite.

Say what is it with Garth Brooks anyway. I am an old woman and confused by what he was, is and going to do in the future.

First he retired, then he was going to devote his life to the love of his life, Sandy, and his 3 girls. So, he went into retirement, came out, divorced Sandy, all the while on the sly with Patricia Yearwood? He lived with her for a time....or was living with her, when all hell broke lose when the media got ahold of it......


Well, something like that. Then, they got married, and the x Mrs. lives down the street so they can be one big happy family......But she has some scandal according to the National Inquirer.

And then Garth was going to become Who because he had an identity crisis? Came out of retirement and is now singing again? So, this is "can't make up your mind" or what.

Anyway, my favorite song is "Friends in Low Places"....

And the one with the smoothest voice...Alan Jackson, Trace Atkins????????Nope, Josh Turner.
