I've got to work for a few hours today, and I might even mow the yard again when I get home, depending on the heat and the rainy weather. Hopefully the reports from the MRIs taken on my spine last Thursday will arrive in the mail today too.

The yard work is done again. And the reports didn't arrive. While Cilli is going ape shiiit tearing up everything in her reach.

It's a miracle! I've been healed! Discs that were surgically removed from two levels in my neck in 1988 have somehow magically reappeared. The MRI reports arrived today and the radiologist claims to see them clear as day! Yippee!

Good morning everybody. I hope today is happy and productive for everyone.

As you might have noticed from my last post, the results from the MRIs the adversarial insurance carrier ordered and paid for last week claim that my spine is actually improving as I age.

They owe me a ton of money and medical coverage from an incident that occurred almost 30 years ago and they don't want to pay me the true value of the claim so they pay their network peeps to trivialize and even blatantly lie about the facts instead.

Can't wait to see how they try to explain or get away with this test result though, now they're seeing discs where none have been since 1988.

And they call me the delusional one...

Playing dirty is the only thing these people know. And they wonder why I went to such great lengths to gather all the documentation over the course of the last 3 decades and then post it all online so I can show those who are truly interested in how the business world really operates, what's what.

They don't care who they hurt and steal from, it's all about their bottom line and to hell with yours...

Gotta stand up to the crooks and bullies though... or getting run over isn't going to feel very good ultimately...

Just returned from Meridian after retrieving the MRI CD from 2009 so I can compare the degenerative changes in my spine myself. WOW! My cervical spine has definitely changed in appearance since 2009.

What a difference 5 years can make on one's spinal structure. I can even still see on last week's scan the bulging lumbar disc from 2009 when the ordering physician wanted to refer me to a neurosurgeon for a look see.

Of course the adversarial insurer wouldn't agree for me to see a surgeon so I had to go to a private doctor and have spent the last 4 years paying for all the pain meds out of pocket.

Oh yeah... I figured since I'm alone on this thread I'll post some of my goings on so those that do follow me offline too can keep up...

I was extremely naive and gullible when all this started back in the 80's. But I learned the hard way when it pertains to one's money and health, always have your own back.

And never trust professionals who are paid by the carriers to deny care so the doctors can pocket the money they don't spend on the patient.

Yeah, this new age system of paying doctors and others more to deny patient care while hoodwinking patients into believing they don't need any even when their symptoms are telling them they do is really deceitful.

And its criminal in my opinion because its lowering the patient's quality of life that could lead to untimely deaths. Just like we've recently seen via the VA's clients who were allowed to die rather than receive any treatment. At least the Vets have people fighting for them now.

Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act is going to wake up a whole new generation. Hopefully enough educated and experienced people will be able to keep things on an even keel.

I can definitely relate...
