Maybe even a trip to the boxing ring might help. The bag is a good release system. Maria To sit with you as you share stories of you mum. Remembering all the things she did. Em To bring oil and a electric blanket to keep her warm. And to my bro a box of tissues that I will hand to you after a cup of coffee just before I leave. What you do with them I don't want to know. Hang in there babe only if you are safe. I did find boxing helped a lot to get rid of stress.

whew man see it's time like these that I DO NOT miss living out in country on ten acres..snow plowing the driveway and wondering how many days it will take the county to plow the dirt road coming in to our house.. ((HUGS)) if ya need one

I need a hug because my body is not responding to the medicine and I am getting frustrated! Hugs always make my day! Sending hugs. I don't know what you are personally dealing with but I have been on that journey of taking a med for awhile to find it not working and doing it all again. Stay strong.
