Tried for over 10 minutes to schedule an appt. w/ endocrinologist and I kept getting different voice menus. The VA Med ical system is getting worse. Docs are quitting, appts, getting rescheduled, lost when I attempt to confirm. Complained to the Mgr of the IC system, (again voice menu & voice mail). What a sad joke.

It's really sad that the VA is using them. I have cursed at my telephone more than once because the voice menu doesn't understand what I want.

I have utilized the online app for ovejr 2 years, they obviously changed the menu, w/out a heads up. And the new menu makes muddy waters appear clear. F bho, (he is the current boss. ) Traitor ?

Aw, Stummpy...I'm so sorry you're having such a frustrating time with all this...
