Hello. With the new format, it doesn't bring up the options of hug, nudge. Etc.

When I go to the nudge button nothing happens. It doesn't open the link that says hug, kiss, etc. I don't think it's doing anything at all because it didn't tell me 'nudge sent'. In fact, my friend also from mingle just confirmed to me that she didn't get anything yesterday when I was trying it out on her. |

Just want to add that it seems I can respond with only a nudge or wink if others send me like a hug or a kiss. However, if I go to that directly from the person's profile in the sending message section, it doesn't work. |

That is odd and thank you for the specifics. Do all of the other mobile profile links work from your phone? Clicking the NUDGE option on the mobile site should make a nudge menu pop up, by the way.

To be honest I'm not sure what profile links should work. I haven't noticed any other things not working. I think I don't have a logoff button. I did see that this is addressed in another conversation. I just haven't fully looked into it. I only noticed the nudge button doesn't bring up the pop up options. I used it sometimes before the new format. Once again, thank you for your time. |

The logoff button appears after you click the menu icon at the very upper-left of the page. It will be at the bottom of the options which appear. Also, do try the other links in another user's profile.

I can respond but can't initiate |

Thanks for the info. We've not had any luck duplicating the issue, but if you give us the specs of your Android, we'll note them in case we need them. You may want to try emptying your cache, by the way.
