But, forge, you've done the same thing. So have a lot of people on both sides of any argument on here. That's the one thing I have against you sometimes. I'm sure you're an all right guy in real life, and believe it or not, we've actually agreed with each other from time to time here.

Staying along with civility here.

In my first post on this topic, I did give my opinion of frivilous lawsuits. If you'd like, re-read it. But I haven't yet heard your opinion on these kinds of lawsuits. Believe it or not, I am interested in what others think, and I think you are too. So, I'm asking this: What's your honest opinion on this thread topic?

In his response "God." argues that the defendant is immune from some earthly laws and the court lacks jurisdiction.

It adds that blaming God for human oppression and suffering misses an important point.

"I created man and woman with free will and next to the promise of immortal life, free will is my greatest gift to you," according to the response, as read by Friend.

There was no contact information on the filing, although St. Michael the Archangel is listed as a witness, Friend said.

For real..... The clerk of court said he turned around and it just suddenly appeared. As if from thin air!!!noway noway bigsmile
