Topic: Prayers for my friend

A good friend and coworker recently found out that she has breast cancer. The doctor said it was stage 1. She went for a 2nd opinion and found out that it is actually stage 3 heading for 4. In October, she is having a lumpectomy and then getting chemo and radiation. She is only 21. So I ask that you say a prayer for my friend. Thanks.

im really worried about her but im trying to stay postive. we have been going out to lunch together the past few days and talking about it. i want to throw her a "hat party". its a fun way to get together and show support for her for when she loses her hair. i did it once before for another friend. everyone is supposed to bring a hat, anything silly or fun. its a great way to cheer up someone going through chemo.

Sending my prayers and best wishes for your friend. Can't they do the lumpectomy sooner than the 3rd? I am really glad she went for the 2nd opinion, goes to show you should always go for a 2nd opinion, even a 3rd sometimes. She is so young to be dealing with this. She is lucky she has you in her corner.

I have a ponytail cut already & ready to cut another if she would like hair to make a wig. how ever they do that.
