I'm thinking it makes sense so why didn't I think of it before.
My sister gave me a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. Didn't use it at first because I was just busy. Then because I had a small surgery on my upper back and wanted it to heal well. It still bothers me sometimes. So my sister asked her masseuse if it expires. The masseuse said no, but it's good therapy to start breaking down the scar tissue. Why didn't I think of that. I used to do that for our therapy patients.

How I need to shut my puter down and get on the road. Mobile is a 5 hour round today, not to mention the time spent in the MRI machine getting zapped with more radiation...

I am thinking my Plan A did not work. Tis challenging to see Plan B, C or D, when I am an all or nothing kinda person. Learning how to change that way of thinking... and still need a Plan B, C, or D...

My bad,
 I said radiation earlier, when what I meant to say is radio waves...  an hour and twenty minutes in a machine listening to 80's light music... didn't know I was going in for three separate tests... thank goodness there won't be anymore of those anytime soon. Now its back to business and life as usual.

I am thinking about a couple of things I told my children once.
