Topic: what kind of boss do u have

I would believe everyone has a thing or other to say about their boss in my own case I see him as the worse person on earth I just dnt know why people change once they are in high position

@Conrad..I have been here(at my job) going on 22 years..used to be a blast here...but in the last year or so,we got new bosses... I am very blessed and grateful to be working though.

@Conrad..I have been here(at my job) going on 22 years..used to be a blast here...but in the last year or so,we got new bosses... I am very blessed and grateful to be working though. 2k thats disgusting! Talk about dirty jobs.lol I'm a LTD company so I would say my boss is I kind azzhole with swag

.. first off.. I can't even look up at that . that's just wrong. .. there is something definitely.. unique about you.2k..hmm. . .. . and secondly.. . I am one of the bosses on 3 different companies.. myself and my partners.. . treat all employees.. for the most part.. As family.. and like in every family.. you have your . good and your bad days. .. but however there is a point.. where the company.. . the business.. dictates what needs to be done. .. family member or not.. that is why when they say it is nothing personal.. . it really isn't.. it's the business.. it has a voice.. it requires certain things . from people.. and there is a certain amount of. professionalism.. that must be maintained.. a certain dress code. .. it reflects who you are , how you want to present yourself.. 2 clients.. .. and that needs to be reflected through all the employees.. and I realize and. Know all too well.. how power can corrupt. . inflate one's own self-worth.. this is why a open door policy.. is effective.. . it gives everyone a chance to. voice their concerns.. okay I'm going to be quiet now.. I can see the . torches and pitchforks coming over the horizon..

The best. She teaches us but also welcomes our ideas. Additionally, she encourages us so we can be prepared to pass with flying colors when the promotional opportunities come along. And when things go down she backs us a hundred percent.

I know the feeling, mine is a task-master, never satisfied, always on my arse, never lets me forget what my status is, and is always looking for better pizza. I like pizza. Note: No turtles were harmed in the creation of this post. Though, I did give one a hard look.
