My perfect day would be spent on the beach with my daughter and her friends, my friends too, a summer's day on the Aegean, laughter, freshly sliced watermelon, melon, peaches and cheese, oven fresh bread from a local Greek bakery, cold water a few beers and perhaps an umbrella to keep it all cool, and the turquoise allure of the beautiful sea ..............




and after watching the sun set, absorbing the last of it's rays, a lethargic walk up to the Kantina to enjoy the evening interrupted only by incessant chatter, kids and the cicadas .......
