Whats with this site. I tried send , message says "depcrecated blocked by reciepient". And no, that is not the user name, nor have i blocked him

I'm not the brightest cookie of the batch but it may be the person you are sending it to may of blocked you. Does it happen on every message or just some? Either way I hope you figure out the problem. Have a great day.
